The company’s name is derived from a synthesis of the English words: essential and essence. Essential as the connotation of well-understood minimalism and compactness in design and construction. Essence as what is most important: the substance of design – understanding of the purpose of the client, investor and future users.

architect Jan Duliński Architect and civil engineer, graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Krakow University of Technology. A specialist in solving seemingly unsolvable problems. At Essent, responsible for quality assurance and process optimization – both in the area of project documentation and technical solutions. architect Tomasz WalaszczykExperienced designer, expert in administrative procedures and dealings with public authorities. A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Krakow University of Technology. Possesses extensive practical knowledge related to the design and operations of hotels. An expert of the hotel industry. Knows what and where is being built, as well as how new hotel investments operate. Doctor of Engineering Paweł Żwirek Designer and academic lecturer at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Krakow University of Technology. He has gained extensive experience in designing steel structures and facades on the largest construction sites in Poland. The author of many projects, publications, expert and judicial opinions. A member of the Technical Council of the Association of Flat Roofs and Facades (DAFA). Examiner at the Małopolska Regional Chamber of Civil Engineers. PhD in Architectural Engineering Bartłomiej Pyrzyk Architect with extensive experience. Author and co-author of dozens of projects for public utility buildings, hotels, and office buildings. Multiple awards winner in professional architectural competitions. A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Krakow University of Technology, where he defended his doctoral thesis in 2022. Specializes in analytical and conceptual work related to programming and designing hotel facilities. architect Karol FrańczakArchitect and civil engineer, a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Krakow University of Technology. A born leader who ensures the smooth flow of project processes. Within the company, he manages resources, cash flow, risks, and oversees day-to-day operations. He advocates for full transparency in cooperation with investors.
